- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are eligible for a FULL STORE CREDIT within 14 days from the date your item was received. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, with tags attached. You must return your item to me before a credit will be issued. You have 30 days to use your credit, and it must be used on current inventory (No Pre-Orders).
- You are responsible for the shipping to and from on any return unless damaged. Sale or giveaway items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
- All defective items are eligible for a credit or refund for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Damages are determined based on my discretion. Typical wear and tear ie. pilling and fading is not considered a product damage. Please send me a picture of the item and its damage, and I will determine whether or not it should be sent back. You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label on me if return is requested.
- Only inventory currently in-store is available for replacement (No Pre Orders) You must use your credit within 30 days. Refunds will return to your method of payment, and can take 3-5 business days to process. Credits will be applied within 48hrs after receiving your item back in our store.
